Fancy Dress Competition

Fancy Dress Competition

Role playing in one of the most important tools of learning. The Fancy Dress Competition was held, not only to blend learning with fun, but to develop confidence in the little ones by giving them an opportunity to get on to the stage and speak in front of the audience.

The competition took place on 23rd August 2014 and was organized by the Pre-Primary department. Mrs. Suganyavani, PP1 class teacher welcomed the audience and the competition commenced.

The children were dressed up in beautiful, colourful costumes depicting people from various walks of life, to fruits to Lord Krishna etc. All of which mesmerized the audience. This was followed by a song by the Tiny Tots – “Red River Valley”

The children then put on their dancing shoes and were on stage for an enjoyable dance for the song ‘Chotta Chotta Balugopalu’

This was a great event for the Pre-Primers and above all the hardwork of the parents behind each child was highly commendable.
