Filed trips are fun with interesting things to experience and see. Learning opportunities are provided by supplementing real life experiences to a living book. Things that were only read in books, came to life when they are seen, heard and felt, during a field trip.
The Pre-Primers went to Anupatti on a farm trip on Saturday 4th July 2015.
In the poultry farm children were given first hand information on how an egg is formed into a chicken, what kind of food it eats and how long it takes for a chicken to grow up into a hen. They also learnt about the parts of a plant and various kinds of trees.
It was a very knowledgeable trip and the children were very enthusiastic the whole day.
